THE DEAD RAT
This gruesome story is unfortunately not invented but by responsible persons, including a Tyrolean physician, who for obvious reasons does not want to be named shows: A 19 year old girl who spent the year before his first 'dream holiday' on a Greek island, where she learned a young, Greeks charming - and love. When they parted, she pushed the young man a package with a pink bow in the hand. "My parting gift you may open it but only if you are at home," he spoke broken English.
The young Greek holiday-home immediately opened the package - and fell out of love, heaven to hell.  The package contained a dead rat - and the terse message: '. Welcome to the AIDS club'  Nothing more.

Two anonymous AIDS tests, which underwent the girl immediately, were initially negative, not performed until the third, a few weeks later, brought the crushing certainty that your Greek adventure has entered the sheltered girl to HIV infection with presumably life-long illness.
