The dragon in Seefeld lake

The dragon in Seefeld lake
Once upon a time there was in Seefeld not one, but two lakes of considerable size. This gave the whole area its name. As so often it was said by these two lakes, which are unfathomable deep underground and stood with one another.
A man from Seefeld once made fun of and called out to his friends: "I'll show you all that the lakes are not so deep" high spirits, he mounted his horse and rode straight into the lake.
Initially, the horse was slightly ground under the hoofs and the man laughed his friends standing on the bank to. But when it approached the middle of the lake, the horse had to swim and the man was terrified.
Suddenly got a huge, dark shadow from the lake bottom up, and broke the water surface. A huge dragon with shiny scales reared up angrily in front of horse and rider and bellowed in a hollow, threatening voice:"If you want to explore the lake, I will very maws Seefeld!"
This meant the monster nothing else than that it was the same loop the whole village down the throat of his huge throat. The dragon grabbed the high-spirited horse and the horse neighing fearfully and pulled both from the eyes of the horrified spectators down into the unfathomable depths of the lake.
Some friends and relatives of the man ventured into a flat boat on the lake, to see whether it would not save anything yet. But of the two unfortunates was no longer to discover the slightest trace.

After a few weeks saw the badly damaged saddle of the horse tangled on the surface of the second Seefeld lake swim. The dragon had probably found the hard saddle too indigestible and it played by itself. The saddle was again surfaced, however, that there must surely be an underground connection between the two seas. Since that day it occurred to anyone, the mystery of the lake and want to measure its depth

The giants Haymon and Thyrsus

Giant Haymon and giant thyrsus ... legendary ...

Many years ago the giant Haymon lived as a peaceful knight in the Inn Valley. One day, the cruel and quarrelsome giant thyrsus, who lived on the Seefeld plateau ruined Haymons castle. There begann a hard fight, in this fight Thyrsus took a tree to kill his foe, but Haymon, armed with his sword triumphed, and slew thyrsus. His blood spilled across the plateau, and formed a lake seeped from so called "Dirschenblut", which is allready known as "healing-bringing Ichtyol" or "rock oil". The giant Haymon, however, instead of rejoicing over his victory felt deep remorse for his action and founded the monastery Wilten to Innsbruck, where he spent the rest of his life as a simple monk.

THE DEAD RAT
This gruesome story is unfortunately not invented but by responsible persons, including a Tyrolean physician, who for obvious reasons does not want to be named shows: A 19 year old girl who spent the year before his first 'dream holiday' on a Greek island, where she learned a young, Greeks charming - and love. When they parted, she pushed the young man a package with a pink bow in the hand. "My parting gift you may open it but only if you are at home," he spoke broken English.
The young Greek holiday-home immediately opened the package - and fell out of love, heaven to hell.  The package contained a dead rat - and the terse message: '. Welcome to the AIDS club'  Nothing more.

Two anonymous AIDS tests, which underwent the girl immediately, were initially negative, not performed until the third, a few weeks later, brought the crushing certainty that your Greek adventure has entered the sheltered girl to HIV infection with presumably life-long illness.

Folktales

In general "folktales" were not written for children but for adults.
There are several characteristics which are found in folktales all over the world.
We want to find out which are those characteristics and compare them to each other.
